Falcron Technologies Private Limited is a Bengaluru-based engineering company working across component manufacturing, systems integration and technical services for defence and aerospace applications. We were incorporated in August 2023, and we are building deliberately: around engineering rigor, complete documentation and direct ownership of every deliverable, rather than around volume for its own sake.
Our focus is narrow by design — avionics, electronics, electromechanical and mechanical work, where precision and traceability decide whether a part is acceptable, not just whether it looks right. That narrowness is what lets us hold every deliverable to the same standard, whether it's a single component or a fully integrated system.
We are a young company. We say that plainly, because the way we've chosen to build Falcron — process discipline, documentation, and direct engineering ownership set up from the first programme — is the same way an established defence supplier runs, and we intend to earn the rest of that reputation the same way they did: one delivery at a time.
Every part is built and held to the tolerance the drawing calls for. We don't round a specification to what's convenient to produce — we build to what's specified, or we say so before we start.
Specification, process and test records are kept for every deliverable from the first unit — not introduced once a customer asks for them. Traceability is built into how we work, not bolted onto the end of it.
Every programme at Falcron has a named engineering owner who sees it from specification through delivery — not a rotating point of contact who hands the problem along.
We set up our process plans, documentation systems and quality checks the way an organisation running high-volume defence programmes would — so growth doesn't force us to re-engineer how we work.
