Components & Hardware Manufacturing

Falcron manufactures components and hardware to print, holding every dimension to the tolerance the drawing calls for. Manufacturing engineering starts at the drawing review — checking manufacturability, flagging ambiguity, and setting the process plan — before a single part is cut.

Manufacturing Discipline

Every batch is built against a defined process plan, with dimensional records kept from first article through to final delivery — so a part manufactured today is repeatable next quarter, and every deviation is caught before it ships.

Build-to-print and build-to-spec both run under the same control: the drawing sets the standard, and the process plan holds the line to it.

02 — Integration

Systems & Engineering Integration

Where a requirement spans more than one discipline, Falcron engineers the interfaces and integrates the result into a single working system — mechanical structure, electrical wiring and electronic hardware brought together under one build and one test plan, not handed between vendors.

Integration Discipline

Integration engineering at Falcron starts with the interface, not the parts list: how a component connects, tolerates and performs alongside every other component in the system is defined before assembly begins.

Every integrated assembly is functionally tested and signed off against its acceptance criteria before it is called complete.

03 — Services

Technical Services

Falcron provides engineering and technical support across design, build and sustainment — scoped to what a programme actually needs at that stage, rather than a fixed package. That can mean design support on a new component, build support on an existing one, or sustainment support once a system is fielded.
